Meet the founder
She dares to be different.
Michelle Rodriguez founded Flawless Management in 2019 to bring something rare to a male-dominated industry: a contractor who explains the work, plans around your budget, and picks up the phone.
Today she and manager Keith Bishop run every job hands-on, from the first walkthrough to the final punch list. They also teach homeowners, landlords, families and seniors how to keep their properties safe long after the crew leaves.
